USPS attempts to ban replica gun shipments

.
The United States Postal Service is attempting to ban "replica or inert munitions" deliveries through its services, in violation of Second Amendment rights.

In part, USPS actions are in response to pressure from the Canadian government which seeks to shut off shipment of "replica" items into Canada.

The word behind that ban is "harmonizing" or "harmonization"

Many people in both countries are still under the impression that pending implementation of North American Union is "conspiracy theory"

... often for no more reason than "because the president says so" - or the Prime Minister.

What citizens do not yet realize is that "administrative law" is being "harmonized" among the three countries involved, including Mexico, and that rewriting of our laws has been going on for a decade or more, with NAFTA and the former GATT at the center of that "harmonization"

There is no input from The People in this process which is all driven by corporate interests which challenge, for instance, state or provincial laws which 'corporate' alleges is "unfavourable" to trade in some way; local wage or safety rules regarding employees, for instance.

States and provinces cave in to that pressure rather than standing the additional cost of litigation, so gradually all of our laws are being "harmonized" in that way, and at some point, there will no longer be any substantial legal differences between the three countries anyway, so "merging" them from an administrative law point of view will be *no change* at all.
.
