mistakes are your very best teachers
. What if I told you there is no absolutely correct way of doing anything? Mistakes might be the most valuable learning tool(s) you can employ for your acquiring what you want in your life. How much time do you spend evaluating your mistakes" ... ? Would you agree with me that spending time documenting what you learn from your mistakes is as useless as being afraid to make mistakes ? Seriously - would you ask your toddler to tell you what she learned from her last mistake ? ... but you know she learned because you observe her new behavior! The more mistakes you make, the more you learn. The more you TRY to learn from your mistakes - analyzing what went wrong - the less time you have to make more mistakes, and worse, in that way you train yourself to avoid making mistakes, so you have less new valuable experiences. Make more mistakes more often - unless your occupation requires a certain precision in your actions: Are you a surgeon ? A pilot ? If you are someone who feels "everyone is watching" you, consider that if all you are doing in your life is avoiding making mistakes, "everyone" sees you are doing nothing. On the other hand, if you are busy making mistakes, "everyone" sees you as determined - someone who really IS someone to watch! You are improving your own performance with every mistake you make! Remember that if avoiding making mistakes were the best thing, you never would have learned to walk or talk! You would still be in diapers, sitting on the floor, wondering when you will eat! Make mistakes and keep making them until you outgrow them - those mistakes are your very best teachers. .
